Delivery Guarantee

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service for a flat rate of $17 for up to 5kg.
Orders filled and shipped Monday of each week. Orders after Monday midday will be filled and shipped will be shipped the following week.

In our experience Australia Post cannot guarantee delivery with in 3 days (including Express Post) on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. Shipment to WA is not recommended.
The fruit generally will transport well with 2 – 3 days.

Fruit Quality and variety

We will make every effort to supply the variety and colour selected to the highest quality standards. However climate, weather and season determine what fruit is available through the season. If the selected fruit is not available then the most suitable alternative will be provided.
We do not supply frozen fruit for local (Australian) customers unless by special order

Export Outside of Australia

Restrictions apply to some countries!

The export of citrus (Family Myrtacea) fruit is prohibited to the USA.
The export of fruit from Fruit Fly areas (Australia) is prohibited to Japan , USA and many other countries.

For orders for export to countries other than Australia you should contact chris@fingerlimesfresh.com.au for confirmation of charges that apply to the specific destination. If the order is for fresh whole fruit then the minimum order will be 100kg and will be subject to Aquis and air freight charges.
Data loggers are included with all shipments.
Credit claims will not be recognised unless supported by photos and data logger data.
Claims MUST be lodged within 7 days of receiving the stock.

Secure online payment

The payment process is protected by industry standard encryption so no one can intercept your credit card details. You are fully protected while buying on line at Finger Limes Fresh. Our online merchant is NAB and our payment gateway is Paypal/eWay and The payment process is protected by industry standard 128 bit SSL (SecureSocket Layer) encryption between your browser and the Finger Limes Fresh site and between the Finger Limes Fresh site and the payment gateway. This prevents transaction information from being intercepted as it travels between servers/computers. Customer credit card details are collected at each order and are never stored on the web server in any format. This eliminates the risk of customers’ financial information being accessed by any third-party.

Privacy Guarantee

Finger Limes Fresh will keep your details private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is securely kept.
We use this information only to identify and monitor your orders. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details.

Returns and faulty goods

We guarantee a ‘no hassles’ return’ and refund policy. We understand that buying fresh food online is convenient however it we cannot control the cool chain once it leaves our packing shed. We have factored up to 3 days in the delivery process.
If you have received goods that are not to your standards then you should email sales@fingerlimesfresh.com.au with attached photo images (JPG/TIFF) and comments.
The email should include our order/dispatch number and date of order.
Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges.
A replacement order will be shipped at no cost if requested.
Do not return the item. An attached photograph is more than adequate.

Please Note: Fruit delivered more than 4 days after shipping as tracked on the Australia Post site  and not delivered in reasonable condition is outside of our control and is NOT refundable. You should make a claim against Australia Post.

If the delivery failure is a result of incorrect address entry by Fingerlimes Fresh then the order will be re-shipped at no cost.
